Rates & Policies

Rates 

  • $95 during the week and $115 Friday and Saturday. (Single/double occupancy) in addition there is a 13% city and state occupancy tax.

  • Some holiday weekends require a minimum stay of two nights.

  • Corporate rates for long term stays are available.

Policies

  • Miss Olivia's is a non-smoking establishment. However, there are designated areas where smoking is permitted.

  • No wheelchair access is available.

  • Please leave pets at home.

  • Children with well-behaved adults are welcome.

  • Check in: From 3-7 p.m. If your arrival time is later than 7 p.m., please inform us so that we may make the proper arrangements. 

  • Check out 11:00.

  • Method of payment -We prefer cash or personal checks, but also accept Visa and MasterCard

  • Reservations are guaranteed with a credit card deposit of one night’s stay.

  • Cancellations: A full refund will be made with 14 or more day's cancellation notice.
